Description: For local administration, taxation map is very important tool to generate revenues from housing tax, land tax and signboard tax. These projects is to establish revenue database from existing document & field survey and complied into digital database system. At the end, the local administration office equipped with taxation database, taxation maps, topographic map and infrastructural maps (contour line, road, river & cannel, land mark, etc.) shall be financially strong and sustainable.

1. Prepare base map for the entire area from aerial photo.
2. Prepare tax map zone – block plan for the entire area.
3. Prepare infrastructure map for the entire area.
4. Prepare tax map and property list for the community area.
5. Collect all data in GIS databases.
6. Develop application program.
7. Prepare application program manual.
8. Organize application program training.
